I am an old man now and because of the constant travelling through various continents for 4 continuous years of my life I have had the privilege of experiencing things that most people might not even in their 70 years lifespan. It’s not a brag, just an observation from meeting people over and over. We all have a lot of commonalities as well as differences that add flavor to this earthly journey of ours.

Now there are a few things that are more commonly experienced by a man than a  woman in this world. The beauty lies in this dance of the dragon that almost always choose to balance the scales so as to maintain the perfect equilibrium that exist between the sexes. It would be fair to say a typical woman experience the world way differently than a man and vice versa.

Now as life would have it, that leaves both men and women with a lot of blindspots pertaining to the opposite gender. These blindspots are more thoroughly explained in “The Johari Window” Model. I will briefly explain the significance of this model for our current discussion. Basically, Johari windows says there are 4 windows of consciousness in every individual – Open, Unknown, Hidden and Blind spot. We will talk about the Window of blind spot and unknown here. No matter how much we think we know about ourselves, there are some behaviors we will always stay oblivious to as they are so deeply ingrained in our subconscious we completely forgot we had them.

Taking cues from Johari Window, I see a lot of women and men operating in the world with those blind spots as they never experienced the world as the opposite gender. It’s foolish for men to comment how women should conduct their lives on a day to day basis, just as it’s foolish for a woman to comment on how a man should live. Both experience the life very differently from each other.

Different set of rules apply to men and women when it comes to be been vulnerable as well. The fruits of vulnerability are better enjoyed by women compared to men. For men, it’s okay to observe your emotions but as soon as you let them overpower and control you, you have lost. There is a reason the term “Damsel in distress” is only used for women. Imagine yourself fighting in the Ukraine war, the last thing you need to be doing is letting your emotions control you. There is no time to be vulnerable. Nobody gives a fuck if you are sad or depressed. You need to show up & protect yourself and your family. The only thing men should master is to redirect their emotions so that they can perform at their best. A constant display of vulnerability never benefits a man, it’s like a gladiator constantly flashing the chink in his armour. It makes him vulnerable to fatal attacks.

Men have the burden of performance and women have the burden of vulnerability. Nobody will tell you that in this woke world! Women judge the world according to how they get treated. Women’s vulnerability is glorified and celebrated that’s why they think it’s okay for men to do the same. I repeat, I am not saying men should be emotionally unstable, it’s just that the display of emotions isn’t a trait that benefits a man as much. Deal with your emotions in private, talk to your support group of friends but the last thing you need is to display them in open publicly and frequently. Show me a man who constantly have emotional outbursts and I will show you a man who can’t be trusted.

You can’t run a nation with emotions you need performers, people who do the job regardless of how they feel. Women who are performing exceptionally well at their jobs and politics have mastered this trait. There is a reason gender pay gap exists, most men don’t trust that a woman will see the political or business problem without their tinted glasses of emotions. Women are the most creative and brightest beings on this earth but their proclivity to emotional ups and downs make them less trusted by their fellow peers which are traditionally men. You can see the latest example of Liz Truss leaving the office just 45 days of becoming the UK Prime Minister.

My last article was directed towards men but this one is directed towards women. It’s super funny when i see people striving for Equality. The concept of Equality is very new and it comes from a place of epicurean idea of existence. Let’s just agree we are all living in very comfortable times and people have forgotten where we came from, humans have gone through multiple hardships, fighting extinction level events several times just in order to survive. The world & society in general is designed the way it is because that is what was required to survive all these years.

Now ask yourself why is that our society designed this way. Why most societies around the world are patriarchal in nature. It couldn’t just be an accident. It’s not like all the leaders around the world sat together and decided “Men will rule and women will follow“. Did men assume the role because they wanted to or was it necessary to survive?

When a feminist shouts at the top of her lungs “Patriarchy should die”. She forgets that the megaphone she is using to express her anger against men came to her thanks to underpaid and unappreciated men working in mines who are risking their lives on a daily basis. Let me bring some stats, over 93 % of the workers working dangerous jobs are men. Men have 10 times higher fatality rates compared to women in these jobs. In 2020 alone, 4,761 men were killed at their workplace, compared to just 386 women in US (source: statista). Where is the EQUALITY here? All these men working in these dangerous jobs are the reason we are sitting comfortably in our homes. The whole societal infrastructure depends on these men who volunteer for these jobs and sadly most of them are not sufficiently compensated.

There is a deeper layer to this whole thing. Let’s first make a very controversial statement “Men and Women are NOT Equal“. Fucking STOP living in your Utopian dreamland where everything bad doesn’t exist. Nature inherently is brutal and doesn’t CARE if you exist or not. You and me are like tiny specs in the grand scheme of things. Equality is the most bullshit utopian concept, it’s irrelevant in the world we live in.

Let’s talk some real recent scenario. Ukraine was brutally invaded by Russia and as a result of war there were many casualities. Lots of people died, both civilians and armed forces. While looking at the death numbers, something stood out to me. Out of the all the civilian casualities, more than 60% were Males. Why is that? Where is the equality in death toll? Men and Women are EQUAL right. Also, I am just taking into considerations civilian deaths. If i take into account civilians and armed forces, the numbers tilt more towards 80% of male casualities. Don’t forget this important fact, Ukraine has more Female population than Male so death toll doesn’t necessarily correlate with population.

You could argue, more men died during the invasion because it’s natural for the Men to protect their family and in turn they end up getting killed in the frontier. Why is that when shit hits the fan, Women who are supposedly EQUAL to Men take a back seat. The reality is Man’s life is not EQUAL to a Woman. It has never been EQUAL and it will NEVER be. Men have always been expendable and that’s the brutal truth in a man’s life.

This goes back to thousand years ago when we used to live in tribes. No matter if you have hundread men in a tribe, it can’t grow unless there is atleast one woman who can birth future offsprings. Women inherently are bestowed by the greatest gift from god. You need just one Women to start a civilization. For this reason alone, Woman’s life has always been more important than a Man. There is no EQUALITY period!

Now coming down to why the society developed with Men at the realm or as the Tribe leaders when women inherently have more value than any man in the tribe. All systems in nature are designed for survival first. Mitochondria in a cell does everything it can to make sure the cell survives. Our body does everything in its power to survive by killing viruses and parasites. Anyone who has fasted knows what i am talking about, when you do water fast for more than 3 days your body starts killing dead cells and cancer cells. Your BODY knows how to SURVIVE!

Now when it comes to tribe dynamics, you can’t put a women at the realm of the tribe no matter how important her survival is because her most important resource that is “ability to birth” is useless if she is dead. That’s why men since thousands of years have been at the realm and protecting the most important resource in their tribe i.e WOMEN. Now naturally when you are the protector, you start having some level of control over the tribe. That’s why almost all tribes are patriarchal in nature. The societies became patriarchal not as a way to exude control over women but for survival.

When a FEMINIST cries for equality she conveniently forgets the fact, Men don’t have it easy either. World has never been EQUAL for them. A man’s value has always been synonymous with what he brings to the table. Most women wanna marry a guy higher up their social status that’s their biology telling them to secure their future offspring by marrying a guy with more resources also known as Hypergamy. If Hypergamy has its way, most men who don’t rank anywhere in the social ladder are destined to die alone or live a life unnoticed and unloved. Only Women, Children and dogs are loved unconditionally, man is loved on the condition that he provides something.  EQUALITY doesn’t exist PERIOD. Stop been a bitch and just deal with life as it is. Life isn’t fair. It has never been FAIR for guys, it will never be fair for you. 

Moreover SEXISM isn’t a problem for FEMINISTS when it gets them privileges just for been a Woman. Ladies Night is a concept all of us are well aware of, where women basically get free drinks and treated like literal queens. An average woman inherently enjoys more social acceptance than any man ever could in current times. Men have to work hard for social acceptance and don’t get to climb the social hierarchy like the way most women can.

The biggest claim that FEMINISTS have against Patriarchy is that Men get more privileges and rights solely on the basis of their sex. They make it seem like men are getting privileges without the associated responsibilities. That men are flooded with riches, opportunities and power just because they are men. If this was all true why is that in 2020, 7 in 10 who committed suicide were men (source: Statista). these numbers are synonymous across most countries. If Men all across the world are so privileged why are they committing suicides? Why is there no Equality in suicide numbers?

I can go on an on about reasons but let me sum it up by an old adage – “With great power comes great responsibility“. Men have always been the head of households, bread earners, protectors as the nature assigned those roles to them millions of years ago. They didn’t have a choice, these roles was assigned to them without their consent. You can say its UNFAIR but i would say its LIFE. Some people end up getting crushed under the burden of these responsibilities but that’s how NATURE works.

When you argue about EQUALITY you forget what you are asking is to reverse the gender roles. Men biologically can never birth a child. It’s impossible! Hence they can never leave the role of protector which has been assigned to them by nature. And yes you do see many single moms raising kids but again i am pretty sure it isn’t by their own choice. All the most stable and healthy families you will be see, Men and Women usually come together and fullfill their respective responsibilities. If FEMINISTS have to criticize men for something, they should criticize them for not taking responsibility. Nature loves equalibrium, if Men don’t stand up and take their role seriously women eventually will have to fill in their shoes. So FUCK EQUALITY and Let’s start talking about RESPONSIBILITY.

2020 is gonna be an incredibly hard year for a lot of us, we would be pushed to our limits and that’s a good thing!

We have become a society of ‘victims’, devoid of ownership whatsoever. All the tragedies in our lives are someone else’s doing. Fuck trying to correct our behaviour, let’s just blame the society, the government, the rich for all our problems.

I mean where does it even stop, does looting the rich people of wealth and distributing among everyone solves the problem. Will it? Humans operate for rewards, when the reward isn’t there, why the fuck would anyone work hard. Most people nowadays struggle for survival, because they want life on easy mode.

They can’t digest the reality that nature doesn’t give a fuck about them, if you are weak, you will be wiped out from the gene pool. That’s the law of nature and that has been for millions of years.

You can’t expect a man-eater to be nice to you when you face him in jungle, your government won’t save you, your plead for equality won’t save you, your crying little bitchy face won’t save you. Only thing that will save you is your strength and quick thinking.

We men like to blame Feminism, it’s the buzz word now. Let’s blame the feminists. Now why the fuck did feminism became so prominent in last 100 years, why? Men have forgotten what it means to be a man, fuck taking responsibility, fuck being resourceful, fuck being strong.

We would rather bitch and moan on how our bosses are so rude and mean. We would rather watch reality shows and drown ourselves in alcohol and weed. Let’s escape the reality, let’s watch porn. Let’s watch news, let’s inject ourselves with heroine and meth and what not. 

Fuck this, fuck being a VICTIM goddamit, feminism is nothing but nature self correcting itself. Women are coming to power because they have lost TRUST in men, they feel betrayed, they are tired of dealing with man-child!

You can’t make somebody respect you by condemning them, you have to become a respectable person. It won’t happen in 1 year, it won’t happen in 5 years, it might not even happen in 10 years but men have to start acting like men again otherwise we risk loosing all the progress we have made.

Nations are not build on emotions, stop fucking around in a circle-jerk trying to gain sympathy from other weak men. Rise up, i know it’s difficult, i know it hurts but you don’t have a choice son. Nature will wipe you out if you are weak, the only way is the way of the strong.

You are stronger than you give yourself credit for, your genes have survived for millions of years while many species were wiped out. You are capable of facing any danger that awaits you, you are equipped with millions of years of evolutionary power.

Striving for equality instantly puts you in a weaker mindset because you are admitting you are not equal. You don’t strive for what you already have. Life isn’t fair, it never was, it never will be. 

Ask about being fair from a mama deer who lost her fawn in a tiger chase. Nature is brutal, nature doesn’t care about your feelings, nature doesn’t care about your age, gender or sex.

When humans strive for equality, we are striving to become weak. Universe is vast and it would be stupid to assume we are the only living planet. What if a species stronger than us enters our atmosphere, the apex predators, would you ask them for mercy, would you ask them for equality.

You will be wiped out, plain and simple. Becoming strong is the only immunity you have against any of the bullshit that life will throw at you. Accept that the only way to survive in this universe if the way of the strong.

In my whole app marketing career, I have focused mostly on organic methods to get installs because i personally get the best results with them (got over 12.5 million installs for my own app portfolio) but ruling out paid advertising to increase reach would be a foolish move. Multi-million dollar companies like calm, headspace, cheetah mobile spend millions of dollars on ads every year.

Why do they do that? Because it’s working for them obviously! The users they acquire through these channels end up becoming buyers which eventually pay for their ad costs.

Now 5 things which i learned from spending over $150k in last 2 years

1) Conversion ratio (Cost/conv): This is by far the most important factor that determines everything from cost per install to number of conversions. This should be your OMTM (One metric that matters) while running advertising for user acquisition. ASO, which is discussed later, plays a huge role in optimizing conversion ratio too.

2) Target Audience: Nail down your target audience before you start running ads of any kind. Everything on your app page, from your app icon, app screenshots to app title & description should be laser focused towards this target audience. Find out their pain points and then send a targeted message through your app page.

3) Ad budget: Decide and allocate the ad budget which you want to spend on various advertising channels and then allocate or deallocate the ad budget depending on which channel gives you the best results. You should keep checking your acquisition cost daily to figure out how much budget you should allocate. Allocating more budget when the acquisition cost is low is a really good idea and something what i have done to get thousands of downloads quickly.

4) Campaign timing: Running ads for christmas shopping during summers is not a good idea for obvious reasons thus campaign timing is as important if not more than other factors mentioned here. Also, many times your ad costs will go up when plenty of your competitors are running ads at the same time so its crucial to decide what time you want to run your ad campaigns.

5) App Store Optimization (ASO) : Unlike what most marketeers believe, ASO is not a one time thing, it’s a continuous process of testing, optimizing and seeing what works. You can’t just do ASO one time and expect to magically see your app in top rankings. Before running ads of any kind, do get a professional ASO done to ensure you are able to rank your app for the right keywords.

Now as you can see all these factors are interlinked. You can’t just focus on one and ignore the other. It’s important that you try to work on all the factors if you want the best ROI.

Understand it’s not their mistake, they are saying or doing what society has taught them, it’s all part of a defense mechanism to protect their fragile sense of self, which society has pushed upon them.

Now, Why is the EGO so loud, why is your conscience not guiding your thoughts and actions?

It all comes down to practice, the society since the time we are born rewards our EGO more than it rewards our conscience. 

When a baby is born, their default physical reaction is to CRY, whenever they need milk, need attention, need to poop and thousand other things. Now crying loud is a very selfish act in my opinion. You disregard all your surroundings to get the focus on YOU.

A baby’s crying ACT is instantly rewarded with tons of attention from his parents and he/she grows up believing this is the way of life. Our EGO is nurtured day in/day out by social media nowadays, anytime we post something, we get bombarded with views, likes and what not.

In reality we are all just big babies desperately CRYING for attention. As soon as we get rewarded for it, the vicious cycle of EGO gratification continues.

Now how would you leave the trap of EGO and act from conscience. It’s very simple, but not easy. Acting from conscience is a practice and practice takes time.

Next time you feel your EGO taking a front seat, take 3 deep breaths and think would you rather ACT like a fucking big CRYING baby or would you rather be mature about the situation and ACT like an adult.

Yes, you heard it right, Karma isn’t a BITCH. Infact, i would go even further “karma doesn’t even exist at all”

It’s all smokes and mirror. Your mind playing dirty tricks on you making your look like a scared little pony.

Lets first define self-confidence, according to oxford dictionary it stands for “A feeling of trust in one’s abilities, qualities, and judgement“. Now how do you gain this confidence? I have a really logical mind so i try creating formulas for everything.

After thinking deeply about this topic, this is the GOLDEN formula for self confidence according to me:

Following your moral compass + Getting desirable results = Self confidence

Which you can possibly sum up as self confidence is a direct result of following your truth (or moral compass) and getting desirable results.

In the world, where anxiety issues are at all time high, the only reliable way to counter rising insecurities in people is to teach them to become self-reliant or self-confident. Yes, self confidence can be learned just like any skill in the world.

When you search ‘How to become self-confident google gives you these results”

Now I agree with many of these points but they are missing a key ingredient. You can do all those things and still end up with a pretty shaky self confidence. You know what is the key ingredient that the article is missing? They forget to stress how important it is to know your ingrained belief systems before you start on this worthwhile exploratory journey of a lifetime.

Imagine this, you are stuck in a desert and you don’t know where you have to go to reach the destination. Would it help if i give you the map without telling you where you are located or what’s your starting point. Of course if you are smart, you will figure out the relative compass directions and maybe figure out which way to go but still without knowing your starting point, it would probably take you days to reach the destination.

Okay, Now i will give you my recipe of developing core self-confidence

1. Figure out your moral compass and ingrained belief system.
2. Let go of a belief that doesn’t serves you. Basically figure out if that belief is a bullshit rule that society fed you while you were growing up.
3. Try and develop beliefs that serve you and help you grow into a wholesome individual.
4. Write down your core values that you will never compromise no matter what.
5. Take actions that align with those values going forward. 

That’s it, those are the foundation stones of becoming a self-confident and high self-esteem individual.

This article is still incomplete and there are some intricacies i need to take care of but i really wanted to go ahead and post this as i feel like this deserves to be out there. I will be refining my thoughts and adding more actionable advice going forward.

Now, let’s get this straight, travelling full-time is fun, extreeeeemly fun actually, but it does comes at a cost. Now that cost could be monetory, emotional, physical or mental and since I didn’t want to travel like a hungry-hippie-wannabe-chic-traveller, i had to get my finances straight.

As you all know, i work out of my laptop full time. I haven’t gone to an office or reported to a boss in last 3 years. You could call me a freelancer, digital nomad or any other term that suits your fantasy. To read more about why i left my job go here

Although, its hard to summarise all of my experience in this article, but i will try to summarise some of the lessons i have learned over the years while travelling :

1. Airbnb over Hotels : After staying in hundreads of hotels, i decided to try airbnb and never looked back. If you are staying long term. Getting an airbnb is way better as you feel at home and can get a studio apartment for almost as much as you pay for a decent hotel.
2. Always eat light and carry indigestion meds : What is the most common disease travellers suffer from? Upset stomach/ diarrhea/ indigestion! Always carry some meds for these frequently occuring diseases. You don’t want to waste your trip, sitting inside a toilet, do you?
3. Keep hydrated : Travelling full time is not easy and your body can get dehydrated really fast. Always arm yourself with a bottle of water wherever you go.
4. Carry currency beforehand or take out all the currency once you land : ATM charges are really high when you take out currency from foreign ATMs (approximately $10 around the world) so its better to take out the cash all at once the first chance you get.
5. Travel with light luggage : You might think you will need that golden party dress that makes you look like a king but trust me, you don’t. Try to travel as light as you can, carrying a huge luggage is a pain in the ass specially when you are moving a lot. I carry a backpack with laptop compartment and try to keep everything under 7 kgs.
6. Try and make friends with locals : Visiting famous tourist spots is fun but you know what is more fun, going to that shady underground pub that’s nowhere on google maps and can’t be found in any city directory. You can only experience the full local living when you make friends with locals.
7. Be friendly and always greet people with a smile : You might be having an emotional attack or serious relationship troubles but try to be friendly with other travellers and locals when you travel. Nobody likes a sad ass specially when they are travelling. Greet people with a smile, it’s simple but makes all the difference.
8. Buy sim card when you land : Buying a sim card when you land is the best way to go if you plan to stay for over a week inside a country. The data and call charges are extremely cheap when you buy a local sim. Having an international sim card is cool but not cool when you paying an arm and leg for that.
9. Always carry a diary or journal when you travel: Clicking pictures is good, but writing your thoughts is the best way to let your inner creative take control and relive the experiences.
10. Carry a dual sim phone : Many times you would need to make financial transactions when you are in a foreign country. Having a dual sim phone comes handy when you need to verify a transaction by OTP received on your home sim card.
11. Don’t be a cheap ass : Multiple times i have gone way overboard my travel budget just so that i can enjoy the experience fully. If you get a chance to visit an iconic place or a really luxurious restaurant or lounge, do it! It’s way cheaper than booking the flights again and coming to see only that one iconic place you missed last time.

Okay this is one of that post that is gonna get me a lot of hate from a lot of the sections of the society but one thing I have always been proud of is maintaining a raw unfiltered sense of opinion. (Sorry I don’t give a fuck)

Let me start with my unfiltered thought first

Alphas don’t need to get married and marriage as a constitution is designed to serve Aging women and Beta males.

Yes, you heard it right. If you are an alpha male, I don’t think getting married can benefit you in any way or form.

The constitution of marriage as it is designed right now, only serves two parties “Aging or undesirable women and beta males”.

First, lets go back in time, “Marriage as a lawful contract was invented to ensure survival of the offsprings born between men and women”.

Millions or thousands of years back, alphas choose to have the pick of their women from the tribe to impregnate and have sexual relationships with (usually the young, beautiful and highly sought after women) while betas were left fighting over the less desirable and aging women.

If as a women you were impregnated by an alpha back then, you had two choices, either raise the child on your own or marry a beta provider to help you raise the child.

Alphas were always involved with multiple women and never had to share their resources with one single women until they decided to do so. While betas were left trying to woo the women Alphas had already spoiled.

Betas by nature have provider genes and hence tend to look for marriage to ensure at least one of their offsprings pass on to the next gene pool. While Alphas enjoy harem of women wanting to fuck them to pass on their superior genes.

It’s brutal but it’s nature. Nature by default want the superior genes to be passed on and weaker genes to falter.

Women subconsciously are programmed to look for superior genes to birth their offsprings as it ensures longterm survival. Hence women are naturally attracted to Alpha Males during their ovulation period and if nature had its way, beta males will never be able to birth another child.

But society as a whole won’t like this kind of natural selection (Since majority of guys are betas) and henceforth marriage was made a legal contract to ensure betas get an equal chance to pass on their genes.

Also, From male perspective, men are genetically programmed to go for the beautiful and young females when they want to spread their genes, as it ensures long term survival for their offsprings. Historically, beautiful women used to enjoy higher status than the average ones in the tribe, thus giving them access to better mates and more resources.

But with the constitution of marriage in place, women, irrespective of their beauty now have been protected by a legal contract to ensure they get to raise their child with a man of their choosing. Also, it’s usually the Aging and undesirable women who tend to start looking for marriage as they understand, their days of indiscriminate sex with Alpha males is over and no Alpha male is looking to settle down with them.

Hence marriage as a social construct provides stability to women who are less desirable or becoming less desirable with age. These Women who usually enjoy hypergamy (the act of marrying a person of a superior caste or class) end up choosing a hard working Beta Male provider who believes he is getting the prize.

Now, in all fairness, this is my humble opinion and perspective. I have a tendency to look at the world the way it is rather than painting an unreal pseudo picture that is far removed from the reality.
